Adem\u00e1s contiene gran cantidad de agua que ayuda a mantenerte hidratado y a eliminar toxinas.<\/p>\n<p>Y finalmente el toque de <strong>las semillas de ch\u00eda<\/strong> que poseen un elevado contenido en fibra que produce un efecto saciante adem\u00e1s de que reducen el colesterol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 tazas de sand\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 lim\u00f3n reci\u00e9n exprimido<\/p>\n<p>1 trocito de jengibre<\/p>\n<p>1 taza de t\u00e9 verde (unos 150 ml)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/p>\n<p><strong>MODO DE PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pela la sand\u00eda y c\u00f3rtala en trozos. Prepara aparte el t\u00e9 verde con unos 150 ml de agua. Lleva el t\u00e9, la sand\u00eda en trozos, el zumo de medio lim\u00f3n y el trocito de ra\u00edz de jengibre en la licuadora. Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ade una cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda.
